==G36==
Just rewatched the movie and at one point the beretta switches to a G36 (low profile rail of a c model, typical sights +a red dot scope ,folded skeleton stock fitted with a cheek pad, only the back end is seen but clearly a G36) My version is in Russian dub, but its after the scene where they talk how one of the guys read her article, on my copy its about 44-45 minutes in.
==Discussion==
Anyone have any info on this movie? What's it about? Also, that Aimpoint on the SF guys' M4s is a CompM4, the newly adopted M68 CCO. The only time I remember seeing a CompM4 was in an episode of ''Burn Notice''. Edit: And the guy with his RDS mounted on the carry handle has a 727, not an M4. I'm not sure a French movie with French Special Forces would have success in USA, even if it's a good film despite a few improbabilities (use of a Super-Frelon helicopter, five of the 6 SF operators are officers ...).

Perhaps the Glock wasn't blank adapted properly.

Not sure if it will get a wide release in the USA.

Also - that Dragunov is a PSL.

I'm not sure a French movie with French Special Forces would have success in USA, even if it's a good film despite a few improbabilities (use of a Super-Frelon helicopter, five of the 6 SF operators are officers ...).

Call of Duty in recent years has used the British SAS as pretty much the main event, yet it found success. Not to mention Medal of Honor 2010 and Six Days in Fallujah drawing significant criticism for focusing on the US military instead of going "international". Personally, I'm less interested in who they are than I am whether or not it's a good movie. Spartan198 03:11, 11 March 2012 (CDT)

What's the context? If it is said or on a sign at a friendly outpost then it may be referring to IED jammers which are installed on vehicles or carried in rucksacks. They emit radio jamming that interferes with wireless detonated IEDs, but also created problems for radios which is why they would need to be turned off when not needed. --commando552 14:29, 21 August 2012 (CDT)

Victor's Glock training

I watched this the other night on Netflix and noticed something. When they show Victor training at the base range with his G19, he shoots, appears to rack the slide, aims and shoots again. What kind of drill is this as I can't recall ever seeing something similar. --DeltaOne (talk) 05:16, 5 March 2014 (EST)
