There was a grenade launcher on the M4 held by one of the sentries' at the Special Forces camp in (I think) Iraq not long before John was wounded and shipped to Germany. It was shown at an angle and I never saw the receiver, so I can't say if it was an M203 or a Cobray (probably the latter considering its brief appearance). Didn't the soldiers at the airport have M4's, and what about the kind of AK's the Afghan's had who were around John's humvee column?
