Special Forces (original title Forces spéciales) is a 2011 French Afghanistan War film starring Djimon Hounsou as the leader of a unit of French Naval Commandos (Commandos Marine in French) sent into the tribal areas of Pakistan to rescue a war journalist (Diane Kruger) who has been kidnapped by Taliban forces.
