::::::::::You are welcome. Russian weapon systems are particularly in my sphere of interests, being able to read original manuals and sources certainly helps :)
::::::::::Trivia: "Krinkov" is a (marketing) term used to refer to those AKSUs that aren't the correct ones used by Soviet and Russian Military but instead some custom build or modified shortened AKs. --Masterius 03:25, 6 October 2011 (CDT)
:::::::::::Oh cool :) Didn't know that Alex T Snow 03:33, 6 October 2011 (CDT)
Um, what's with moving the weapon entries around? I can't see what you're going for. Evil Tim 06:08, 5 November 2011 (CDT)
:Same order as unlocked in game. It's all still in the right catagory, and since there isn't a "right" order I figured this would be okay :) Done now anyway. As for the PDR and AS Val specifically it puts them closer to the SMG section, and makes the page go more or less close to long range top to bottom. Alex T Snow 06:12, 5 November 2011 (CDT)
::I think I might just put them in alphabetical order like the MGS4 page, it strikes me as an easier order. Not just now, though. Evil Tim 06:15, 5 November 2011 (CDT)
:::Right, that's make more sense for the sake of the site, since there's so many. Just make sure you don't factor in the manufacturer into the alphabeticalness, since only some have that, though you probably know that ;) Can we leave it Pistols>Shotguns>SMGs>Carbines+ARs>MGs>Sniper Rifles though? Alex T Snow 06:19, 5 November 2011 (CDT)
::::Naw, shotguns after SMGs. Putting them between pistols and SMGs seems weird. Evil Tim 06:37, 5 November 2011 (CDT)
:::::Mmkay, not a big deal Alex T Snow 06:38, 5 November 2011 (CDT)
::::::That should do it. I think it's ok alphabetising using manufacturer names when they're actually part of the article name on the site, otherwise it's just confusing and doesn't look like it's in any order at all. Evil Tim 06:39, 5 November 2011 (CDT)
:::::::Good point again, I have to remember to think of what makes sense by IMFDB's naming standards :/ Alex T Snow 06:41, 5 November 2011 (CDT)
::::::::By the way, I actually do have "take screenshot" bound to a mouse button for this. Or rather F12, which is my FRAPS screenshot button. Since if the game itself has a screenshot key it's in no hurry to tell me where it is. Evil Tim 06:43, 5 November 2011 (CDT)
:::::::::Sweet, now it's just a matter of finding all the guns on the ground ;) Worth noting, while the guns have the proper attachments in 3rd person while being held/on player's backs, guns on the ground never have attachments. This should make it easy to get a basic pic of everything. Alex T Snow 06:58, 5 November 2011 (CDT)
::::::::::Yeah, I've noticed that when looking for specific accessories for replacement photos. Though it was rather amusing the first time I picked up what looked like a boring AK and up came EXCALIBUR with a damn great PSO-1. Evil Tim 07:00, 5 November 2011 (CDT)

M16A3
I'm doing this on your talk page since it has nothing to do with BF4. Colt's model numbers don't have any bearing on what the military is using. I have yet to find anything that isn't suspect in some way to verify the M16A3 having a flat top receiver. All the credible sources I find (like DiD and GlobalSecurity.org) refer to it as a full auto A2. It's nothing against you, Alex, just that if I believed everything I hear on the Internet that I can't corroborate with credible sources (like this M16A3 dispute that you, I, and Masterius have had), I'd be preaching about the be-all end-all "M16A5" uber gun that people on forums and YouTube claim hits like a .50 caliber at 10 miles away. I sent an inquiry right to the source---a US Navy SEAL---through a close friend of mine, but haven't heard back yet. Spartan198 (talk) 03:39, 29 July 2013 (EDT)
:Sounds good to me, I don't have anything new to add to this, but I think I sounded a bit condescending on the BF4 page in hindsight, which certainly wasn't my intention. What I do know is that Colt does make a "full-auto A4" (I forget its model number), so the gun that people keep (wrongly or not) calling an M16A3 does exist; what's uncertain is whether the military ever issued those, and you're right, there aren't many sources on the A3. The main point I want to make is that the "full-auto M16A4" is actually a real gun, even if it was never used by the military. Alex T Snow (talk) 16:40, 29 July 2013 (EDT)
::Yeah, I know there's a S/1/F version of of the A4 (the Model 901, I think it's called right off hand, while the currently-issued M16A4 is the S/1/3 Model 905), that I don't dispute. Only making a burst version of the rifle would limit the number of customers that the platform would appeal to, because the US military seems to be the only one on the planet hung up on the issue of full-auto. But anyway, I heard back from my friend and, straight from a SEAL, what the military calls the "M16A3" is indeed an A2-configured rifle with a S/1/F lower. It was this when it was adopted in the 90s and it remains this configuration today, the confusion stemming from a marketing ploy by Colt who decided to classify their flat top uppers as "A3s". Spartan198 (talk) 06:03, 30 July 2013 (EDT)
:::Okay, sounds good to me. I think if it's not already mentioned somewhere, we should mention the 901 on the M16 page instead of saying "M16A4 with A3 lower" all the time. Alex T Snow (talk) 08:01, 30 July 2013 (EDT)

Flamethrowers in Video Games
Your edit for Battlefield 1 made me think of another flamethrower in another video game, the M2-2 flamethrower from Red Orchestra 2: Rising Storm. You can see it in action here, set to a theme from Letters from Iwo Jima. I think that flamethrower is even more terrifying than the "Wex" from BF1 because while the one from Rising Storm has very little ammunition, it kills much faster than BF1's and is quieter to use (aside from all the screaming). BF1 is unique though in how it shows the danger posed to the users of flamethrowers too. --Mazryonh (talk) 11:10, 13 November 2016 (EST)
Templates
An easy way to make yourself a template for a series would be to use a single-row one like Template:Airwolf, change the links in it, and leave everything else the same. To start a new template, just change the link in your search bar to end in Template:whatever rather than Template:Airwolf. :Happy New Year! I still haven't watched Index at all yet, though with season 3 coming I'll probably end up watching them before that, but I can't say how soon. If you were thinking of working on redoing them yourself  feel free, if not I'll try to have them done before season 3 starts. I'm also still fully planning on getting the new SAO pages done properly (they're halfway there), but I've been pretty busy with real life stuff for the past few months; with Alternative Gun Gale Online airing in April and Fatal Bullet out in a month I really need to get on these. >.> Alex T Snow (talk) 14:02, 12 January 2018 (EST)

Possible New Page for Weathering with You
Hello there. I see that you're one of the fellows who's significantly contributing on anime pages. If so, have you ever watched on-airing movie titled Weathering with You by Makoto Shinkai? Because I already watched back in August on Southeast Asia (The movie was released in other Asian regions after it's released in Japan on July) & also recognized a few guns that some characters were using as well. You can check both trailers on here & here. If you don't mind to add it on your To-Do List for upcoming new page, then that'd be appreciated. AgentHotel (talk) 04:44, 22 January 2020 (EST)
:Wow, I'd only heard about it by title before, I definitely need to watch this, thanks for sharing! I can't promise I'll get to it soon, but a movie that gorgeous definitely deserves some good screencaps. :) Alex T Snow (talk) 13:46, 22 January 2020 (EST)
::Ah, I see. Considering the DVD & Blu-ray are currently available for pre-order in Japan until late May 2020, then I think that it's better for us to wait for them to be available worldwide. Still, I appreciate your consideration for candidating a new page for it. AgentHotel (talk) 05:13, 27 January 2020 (EST)
:::My apologies for bothering again, but apparently the Weathering with You page is already available for quite some time. However, I'm having some difficulty to identify few guns from this image of news bulletin. So far I can only recognize Makarov, S&W M36 (Note its slimmer grip compare to Colt Detective Special), Walther PP / PPK, some sort of compact Glock & Beretta 92 series (Note the trigger guard) & the last two of them which are covered by the news headline seem to be another Makarov & compact Beretta 92 series variant. AgentHotel (talk) 12:00, 6 August 2020 (EDT)

::::Hmm, that first covered one looks like a USP to me, I think? The other does seem to be another Makarov. Thanks for reminding me that I need to watch this too. Alex T Snow (talk) 18:40, 6 August 2020 (EDT)
:::::When I was checking Glock, Beretta 92 series & HK USP series pages for comparing them with those guns at the screenshot, I noticed that there're some anomalies like magazine base for compact Glock & USP are flat instead diagonal like other compact pistols for both Glock & USP & then the compact Beretta 92 series has longer barrel, despite compact ones tend to have shorter barrel. The reason why I refer to them as compact pistols is that their size is similar to Makarov, Walther PP / PPK & S&W M36 in there. == Complete Overhaul for Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet ==
Hello there. When I was checking the SAO: FB page I noticed that it's missing some information & essential screenshots while also hasn't been updated for quite some time, despite the game has several new guns from DLCs. Considering SAO: FB is TPS with RPG game mechanics, some of the few guns have their own variants (Like two variants of Milkor MGL & M134 Minigun with different stats) & also all of the guns have upgraded variants of their previous models with different finish & names as well (Including different in-game weapon descriptions). Also, I noticed that some screenshots are telling spoilers (Particularly the one with Itsuki holding his Glock 37) & I think that it's better for us to make sure that the screenshots only describe characteristics, depictions, etc of the gun with emphasis if needed without telling future events not depicted in the screenshots as per IMFDB Style Guide. I've been playing SAO: FB with the entire DLCs & also found few community-made guides which have important information about lists of guns (Especially those which haven't been included on IMFDB page yet) which can be checked here (In Japanese), here & here (The updated guide for endgame-only guns). I also understand Japanese as well & if you've Discord account, then you can contact me at AgentHotel#1895, because I'm planning to tell few stuffs about SAO: FB & I found Discord easier for showing placeholder screenshots before being edited / published. You can also discuss with me on Discord if you desire for sure. AgentHotel (talk) 01:49, 24 April 2020 (EDT)
:Yeah it definitely needs an overhaul and update. It's been on my to-do list since not long after it launched, and I was sort of waiting until I actually finished all the game content until I went through to screencap everything. I run canon/default Protagonist and Rei, both in appearance and weapons, and I've also been keeping at least one of every weapon model I've gotten ahold of in my item storage, so I just really need to actually make some screencaps. I do agree on potential spoilers, though at least mentioning what every character uses is important; we can definitely include Itsuki's Glock without actually giving context to the screenshot. Thanks for the links, those seem really helpful too. I don't play on the hardest New Game+ difficultly, so I don't have access to some of those guns, though I believe they're all just reskins. Thanks for messaging me on this, my Discord is BleedingUranium#0271. :) Alex T Snow (talk) 13:27, 24 April 2020 (EDT)
::Well, I also already took screenshots of rotating preview of gun models in both left & right sides just like in the Japanese guide which can be inspected more closely compare to third-person screeshots. Plus, not all of those guns are merely reskins per se, considering some of them not only different finish but also totally different names with unique etymologies as well like Goliath & Nightmare for M134 Minigun, Sangfroid & Fierté for MAS FR F2, Prosti & Miasma for Norinco Type 54 (The latter is used by Death Gun & can be wielded with Estoc-type swords), etc. I think that the appearance of customizable characters don't have to be on-default due to how customization works & maybe making them look like characters in popular medias (Movies, video games, etc) / such with a bit of role-playing while keeping other in-game characters in default outfits & disabling the HUD would make the screenshots look less "Monotone" IMO. You should really play NG+ in order to get DLC-exclusive guns which haven't been explained / included properly like AUG A1, Steyr Mannlicher STM-556, Jatimatic, Smith & Wesson Model 500 (No kidding), etc. Last but not least, please accept the friend request in Discord ASAP in order to allow me show you captured screenshots & also to discuss further about SAO: FB in there. AgentHotel (talk) 00:46, 25 April 2020 (EDT)
:::Hello there. It's been a while since I talked about overhaul for SAOFB page. However, it seems like you haven't accepted my friend request on Discord yet which means that I'm still unable to tell you further stuffs about SAOFB. Also, I've reached the max level (Level 300) & also already took screenshots of most weapons (At least the ones with gun model preview at the inventory). Plus, have you checked the recent episodes of SAO? Because I noticed some new guns in there, yet the page itself hasn't been updated to reflect its on-airing status. Still, please accept the friend request from me on Discord ASAP in order to let me tell you further about some stuffs in SAOFB. AgentHotel (talk) 11:50, 6 August 2020 (EDT)
::::Ah crap I'm so sorry, I literally haven't booted up Discord since then, I'll go do that. Oh nice! I definitely don't have the higher level guns and such in FB. Yeah, I'm keeping up with War of Underworld; if no one else updates that page after the next episode then I can do it. I've read the novels, so I know what to expect for the rest of the season. :) Alex T Snow (talk) 18:40, 6 August 2020 (EDT)
:::::Ah, I see. Anyway, I just left you some stuffs about SAOFB in Discord which are yet to be replied & I think that it's better for you to check your Discord periodically (At least once per day) / such in order reduce the likelihood of me leaving a message in here (IMFDB talk page) as reminder to check the DM on Discord (No hard feelings). Also, what's your current time zone? Mine is GMT+7 (Jakarta & Bangkok). AgentHotel (talk) 01:59, 7 August 2020 (EDT)
::::::Thanks, I'll try to check it more often. :) I'm GMT-8, west coast NA, so pretty opposite haha. Alex T Snow (talk) 19:25, 7 August 2020 (EDT)
:::::::Very well. Also, should I also invite someone called "Ominae" for group chat on Discord as well? Considering he ever uploaded some of the screenshots for SAOFB (Some of them are artworks) & I'm planning to ask him regarding sources for those official artworks for citation purpose. Also, would you mind to answer my questions I left in Discord? Because I'm asking about screencapping guideline for shooting & reloading ones in SAOFB to make sure that I can screenscap those kinds of screenshots for DLC-exclusive guns (AUG A1, STM-556, etc) ASAP. Uploading your screenshots in Discord should be sufficient, though. AgentHotel (talk) 00:25, 8 August 2020 (EDT) P.S. Don't forget to reply to my latest reply about guns on news bulletin in Weathering with You as well.

You sure you want to remove the part where I IDed the MG34s on the Panzer IVs? Ominae (talk) 02:43, 8 September 2020 (EDT)
:As with all the other Witches pages, I have the whole page planned out already, all the screencaps are organized and ready to be uploaded on my end here; I just need a few days to actually finish building the page. The MG 34 Panzerlauf entry will be up once I get to the vehicle-mounted weapons section, since I'm going down the page in order here. I appreciate the attempt to help, but I've already put a lot of hours into this page's content even before starting the public-facing page here, please allow me to finish building it first. Alex T Snow (talk) 08:44, 8 September 2020 (EDT)
::Cool. But that won't stop anyone who can edit that page. Ominae (talk) 00:11, 10 September 2020 (EDT)
:::...okay? I'm aware. That's why I'm being civil and asking you to respect someone else's ongoing project here. This site has done without the BW page for all these years (and without proper pages for the other seasons for many years longer), it can sit partially finished for a couple more days just fine. Of the five Witches pages, this is the first time I've had an issue with someone trying to edit them while they're in progress, so as long as you yourself aren't planning on trying to edit it again, I'm not really worried anyone else will try. == Upotte! and SCAR mags ==
Hello bro, I am the guy that fixed that bracket stuff on the Upotte! page. Saw that you added a SCAR-H section based on the magazines. Sadly, they don't count (due the fact that these magazines can be used by other weapons such as the SCAR MK20 for example). I guess it could be added either "MGS4 style" like this : https://www.imfdb.org/wiki/Metal_Gear_Solid_4:_Guns_of_the_Patriots#Magazine (SCAR-H Magazine) or add it in the talk page like the Call of Duty pages. Sorry, dont meant to scold. Hope it helps. --Dannyguns (talk) 14:46, 21 November 2022 (UTC)
:Hmm, I was pretty confident adding it this way since the SCAR-H mags are proprietary, with the MK 20 just being the US military designation for another SCAR-H variant. But if adding the entry as the gun itself is too much, I can rephrase it to just be an entry about the mag specifically, and move it from the Battle Rifle section further down to a more miscellaneous section (with the air rifle which I've specifically ID'd, and the large list of gun names), like that MGS4 example if that works for you. And no worries, I always appreciate a conversation over people jumping in to edit in the middle of things. == M-10 image ==
There is a zero-width character ("bundled" with a line break somehow) at the end of the file's line, after the closing square brackets. In the source editor, if you press backspace at the end of the line, you'll notice that nothing visible happens when you backspace the first time, and it only starts backspacing when you press it a second time; this is because the first backspace press deleted the zero-width character and the extra line break.
A lot of old IMFDB files have this issue on IMFDB. I'm not sure why this happened, but my solution is to just press backspace at the end of the line a couple of times.--Wuzh (talk) 20:40, 21 November 2022 (UTC)

Type 89
I got my information from this source. https://en.topwar.ru/157902-oruzhie-vtoroj-mirovoj-aviacionnye-pulemety.html .
A5M aircraft have always had Type 89 guns mounted, not as you have now changed that it is wrong. I think you made a mistake by deleting these entries. Give an example of an A5M aircraft with a Type 97 rifle. --Emto (talk) 22:37, 13 February 2023 (UTC)
:That's a source? It seems more like a blog/forum post, it's heavily machine-translated, and is accompanied by poll results that manage to somehow vote in (by a landslide) the ShKAS as the best aircraft gun of WWII. And I'm pretty sure you're misinterpreting (which isn't hard, it's barely understandable) "Before 1936, Japanese naval pilots used purchased machine guns, and only after they started to produce the 97 Type machine gun" as meaning the Navy used Type 89s before this, but I'm fairly certain what it's actually saying is that the Navy bought the guns directly from Vickers before this point, and only started producing domestically in 1936. Which would make sense, since the Navy used .303 British and thus could simply buy off-the-shelf Vickers Class Es. Given this mistake shows up in both War Thunder and (as a result) Enlisted, it seems this is a common misconception/translation issue in the Russian-speaking community. Feel free to try to find any mention at all of A5Ms using Army Type 89s in Japanese-language material, which is where one should be looking for details. And on that note, the "Model 1/2" thing looks to be yet another mistranslation, as a very quick search is telling me something else entirely. It seems the Type 89 Kou is the right-side gun, while the Type 89 Otsu is the left-side one, naturally set up mirrored to feed, eject, and have the cocking handles on the correct sides. Kou, Otsu, Hei, etc are roughly equivalent to "A, B, C", but translating them as such directly is generally incorrect and mixes these designations up with terms more appropriately translated as "Model". Update: Yep, after just slightly more searching, the Navy bought them directly from Vickers under the designation Type Bi ("bi" from the "vi" in Vickers, same as the Vickers QF 2-pounder), before renaming it to Type 97 in 1937 (thus 97, or the imperial calendar year 2597). Joint Operations

Did you use to play a video game for the PC called "Joint Operations: Typhoon Rising"? Hoot471 20:43, 30 July 2010 (UTC)

No I haven't, all my games are on the 360, why do you ask? Alex T Snow 12:21, 26 August 2010 (UTC)

Just someone I knew from that game had the same name as you. But thanks for responding anyway :) Hoot471 08:03, 2 September 2010 (UTC)

Wow, that's really random, thanks for asking ;) Alex T Snow 08:32, 2 September 2010 (UTC)

Battlefield 3

I removed the extra manufacturer names you added; sorry to have to take down all your hard work, but no other page on the wiki is formatted like that; typically you're just supposed to use the name of the article / subsection you're linking to as the heading. What the new additions do need is links and images, though. I'll get on to that tomorrow if you don't do it first. Evil Tim 09:45, 2 October 2011 (CDT)

It's okay, and I hadn't gotten to images and links yet, I just wanted to make sure everything was up, and I think everything is now. Alex T Snow 16:19, 2 October 2011 (CDT)
I've always found the naming on this site is weird, it's normal to put the manufacturer names for some guns, but never for others, or maybe sometimes for some. And some things get Carbine or Heavy Machine Gun (etc) in their name, and that's just a description! I'm looking at you, M4A1... Alex T Snow 07:13, 3 October 2011 (CDT)
I think it mainly just reflects common use. For example, people know who Colt and Heckler & Koch are. On the other hand, adding the incomprehensible company who make the AS Val will just kinda confuse people looking for which bit is the weapon's actual name. Evil Tim 08:23, 3 October 2011 (CDT)
I actually loled when I found that name :) Alex T Snow 20:36, 3 October 2011 (CDT)
BTW, TSNIITOCHMASH (It is easier to pronounce when you know Russian :P ) isn't the only manufacturer of AS "Val" (and several other suppressed weapons). There is also TOZ. --Masterius 06:06, 4 October 2011 (CDT)
Okay, thanks. It seems like a quite a few of the Russian weapons are made by more than one, that's just the one I found first I guess. Alex T Snow 20:57, 4 October 2011 (CDT)
Yeah, especially when it comes to common designs like Kalashnikovs and Makarovs. --Masterius 02:10, 5 October 2011 (CDT)
It seems to me Izhmash is the main one, is fair to say? Alex T Snow 02:50, 5 October 2011 (CDT)
For AK-XXXs that would be yes; for AKS-74U it is TOZ; for RPKs it is VPMZ "Molot".
Here is nice compilation: http://home.comcast.net/~shooter2_indy/ak74_mag_guide.html
IZHMASH doesn't make pistols though. IZHMEKH does. --Masterius 02:15, 6 October 2011 (CDT)
Wow, thanks a lot for all that info, that's cool, Russian companies were always a weak spot of mine. Hmm, looking at my airsoft AKS-74U I've figured out it that while it has a 30 round mag, it has a Molot trademark, oops haha Alex T Snow 02:37, 6 October 2011 (CDT)
You are welcome. Russian weapon systems are particularly in my sphere of interests, being able to read original manuals and sources certainly helps :)
Trivia: "Krinkov" is a (marketing) term used to refer to those AKSUs that aren't the correct ones used by Soviet and Russian Military but instead some custom build or modified shortened AKs. --Masterius 03:25, 6 October 2011 (CDT)
Oh cool :) Didn't know that Alex T Snow 03:33, 6 October 2011 (CDT)

Um, what's with moving the weapon entries around? I can't see what you're going for. Evil Tim 06:08, 5 November 2011 (CDT)

Same order as unlocked in game.
I think I might just put them in alphabetical order like the MGS4 page, it strikes me as an easier order. Not just now, though. Evil Tim 06:15, 5 November 2011 (CDT)
Right, that's make more sense for the sake of the site, since there's so many.
Naw, shotguns after SMGs. Putting them between pistols and SMGs seems weird. Evil Tim 06:37, 5 November 2011 (CDT)
Mmkay, not a big deal Alex T Snow 06:38, 5 November 2011 (CDT)
That should do it. I think it's ok alphabetising using manufacturer names when they're actually part of the article name on the site, otherwise it's just confusing and doesn't look like it's in any order at all. Evil Tim 06:39, 5 November 2011 (CDT)
Good point again, I have to remember to think of what makes sense by IMFDB's naming standards :/ Alex T Snow 06:41, 5 November 2011 (CDT)
By the way, I actually do have "take screenshot" bound to a mouse button for this. Or rather F12, which is my FRAPS screenshot button. Since if the game itself has a screenshot key it's in no hurry to tell me where it is. Evil Tim 06:43, 5 November 2011 (CDT)
Sweet, now it's just a matter of finding all the guns on the ground ;) Worth noting, while the guns have the proper attachments in 3rd person while being held/on player's backs, guns on the ground never have attachments. This should make it easy to get a basic pic of everything. Alex T Snow 06:58, 5 November 2011 (CDT)
Yeah, I've noticed that when looking for specific accessories for replacement photos. Though it was rather amusing the first time I picked up what looked like a boring AK and up came EXCALIBUR with a damn great PSO-1. Evil Tim 07:00, 5 November 2011 (CDT)
Lol, or when I had a shotgun and they we all far away, so I picked up an SV-98 and found it had a Kobra, Bipod, and Light... Alex T Snow 07:04, 5 November 2011 (CDT)

Why are you deleting other people's comments?

I've just undone two of your talk page edits; you deleted someone else's comment when posting yours. Evil Tim 05:47, 19 October 2011 (CDT)

What? :O Sorry, I guess that happens when two people try to write at once? It's nothing I'm trying to do. Alex T Snow 05:49, 19 October 2011 (CDT)

Manufacturer Pages

I'm glad you like the pages. It was an idea I came up with after a few months of using this site. :-) --Zackmann08 19:50, 17 January 2012 (CST)

Well it's always great to get new ideas and such :) Very well put together too. Alex T Snow 23:41, 17 January 2012 (CST)

Sounds good to me, I don't have anything new to add to this, but I think I sounded a bit condescending on the BF4 page in hindsight, which certainly wasn't my intention.
Yeah, I know there's a S/1/F version of of the A4 (the Model 901, I think it's called right off hand, while the currently-issued M16A4 is the S/1/3 Model 905), that I don't dispute.
Okay, sounds good to me. I think if it's not already mentioned somewhere, we should mention the 901 on the M16 page instead of saying "M16A4 with A3 lower" all the time. Alex T Snow (talk) 08:01, 30 July 2013 (EDT)

Railgun S Page up

Placed it up now. Ominae (talk) 23:47, 27 July 2016 (EDT)

Evil Tim (talk) 02:45, 24 August 2017 (EDT)

It had never occurred to me to put the new title into the URL and make the new page from there. :O Thanks a ton, I got it all figured out! Alex T Snow (talk) 12:57, 24 August 2017 (EDT)

Index pages

Hey mate. Happy New Year. You have plans for the Index page? Season 1 is up, but it has the old photos. Ominae (talk) 10:26, 12 January 2018 (EST)

Happy New Year!
I'll watch AGGO, so it's cool to work on it. Since I finished Black Lagoon, maybe Season 2 can be done for now. Ominae (talk) 22:35, 12 January 2018 (EST)
Dropping a line that Gematsu has 1080p screenshots of Fatal Bullet. Ominae (talk) 09:36, 8 February 2018 (EST)
Thanks! I have a few things I've been meaning to add to it too (more character reveals and their weapons), I just haven't had much time recently. I'm going to try to get the FB page updated this weekend. :) Alex T Snow (talk) 12:49, 8 February 2018 (EST)

Accelerator up

Heads up on the A Certain Scientific Accelerator page is up. Ominae (talk) 10:40, 3 August 2019 (EDT)

Thanks for the heads up! I need to catch up on the A Certain series. Alex T Snow (talk) 15:37, 5 August 2019 (EDT)

Wow, I'd only heard about it by title before, I definitely need to watch this, thanks for sharing! I can't promise I'll get to it soon, but a movie that gorgeous definitely deserves some good screencaps. :) Alex T Snow (talk) 13:46, 22 January 2020 (EST)
Ah, I see.
My apologies for bothering again, but apparently the Weathering with You page is already available for quite some time.
Error creating thumbnail: File missing
Hmm, that first covered one looks like a USP to me, I think? The other does seem to be another Makarov. Thanks for reminding me that I need to watch this too. Alex T Snow (talk) 18:40, 6 August 2020 (EDT)
When I was checking Glock, Beretta 92 series & HK USP series pages for comparing them with those guns at the screenshot, I noticed that there're some anomalies like magazine base for compact Glock & USP are flat instead diagonal like other compact pistols for both Glock & USP & then the compact Beretta 92 series has longer barrel, despite compact ones tend to have shorter barrel. The reason why I refer to them as compact pistols is that their size is similar to Makarov, Walther PP / PPK & S&W M36 in there. AgentHotel (talk) 02:49, 7 August 2020 (EDT)

Complete Overhaul for Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet

Yeah it definitely needs an overhaul and update.
Well, I also already took screenshots of rotating preview of gun models in both left & right sides just like in the Japanese guide which can be inspected more closely compare to third-person screeshots.
Hello there.
Ah crap I'm so sorry, I literally haven't booted up Discord since then, I'll go do that.
Ah, I see.
Thanks, I'll try to check it more often. :) I'm GMT-8, west coast NA, so pretty opposite haha. Alex T Snow (talk) 19:25, 7 August 2020 (EDT)
Very well.

Brave Witches

You sure you want to remove the part where I IDed the MG34s on the Panzer IVs? Ominae (talk) 02:43, 8 September 2020 (EDT)

As with all the other Witches pages, I have the whole page planned out already, all the screencaps are organized and ready to be uploaded on my end here; I just need a few days to actually finish building the page.
Cool. But that won't stop anyone who can edit that page. Ominae (talk) 00:11, 10 September 2020 (EDT)
...okay? Alex T Snow (talk) 18:16, 10 September 2020 (EDT)

Upotte! and SCAR mags

Hmm, I was pretty confident adding it this way since the SCAR-H mags are proprietary, with the MK 20 just being the US military designation for another SCAR-H variant. Alex T Snow (talk) 20:12, 21 November 2022 (UTC)

M-10 image

Ah I see, thanks, I'll have to keep an eye out for this in the future. :) Alex T Snow (talk) 20:53, 21 November 2022 (UTC)

Type 89

I got my information from this source. https://en.topwar.ru/157902-oruzhie-vtoroj-mirovoj-aviacionnye-pulemety.html .

A5M aircraft have always had Type 89 guns mounted, not as you have now changed that it is wrong. I think you made a mistake by deleting these entries. Give an example of an A5M aircraft with a Type 97 rifle. --Emto (talk) 22:37, 13 February 2023 (UTC)

That's a source? Alex T Snow (talk) 23:25, 13 February 2023 (UTC)
