One of Manga UK's early licenses, ''Mad Bull 34'' is a four part OVA series from Magic Bus Studios that centers around two NYPD officers, John "Sleepy" Estes (a.k.a. Mad Bull) and his partner Daizaburo "Eddie" Ban, who work in the 34th Precinct. ''Mad Bull 34'' has become infamous among English-speaking viewers for its over-the-top violence and sexual content, its "punched up" English dub (which features laughable uses of profanity and consists mostly of British actors faking New York accents) and its unflattering and inaccurate portrayal of both the NYPD and New York in general (Magic Bus thanks the 34th Precinct in the OVA's credits, though for what exactly is never specified).

Mad Bull 34 (1990)

One of Manga UK's early licenses, Mad Bull 34 is a four part OVA series from Magic Bus Studios that centers around two NYPD officers, John "Sleepy" Estes (a.k.a. Mad Bull) and his partner Daizaburo "Eddie" Ban, who work in the 34th Precinct. Mad Bull 34 has become infamous among English-speaking viewers for its over-the-top violence and sexual content, its "punched up" English dub (which features laughable uses of profanity and consists mostly of British actors faking New York accents) and its unflattering and inaccurate portrayal of both the NYPD and New York in general (Magic Bus thanks the 34th Precinct in the OVA's credits, though for what exactly is never specified).

The following weapons were used in the OVA Mad Bull 34:

Pistols

M1911A1

Both "Mad Bull" as well as various criminals in the series use M1911A1 pistols.
