An AK-47 is found in at the Ganzi safehouse in Episode 4. It is unclear on what kind of AK-47 variant it is. However, the shots indicate that they have solid buttstocks. Mexican Freedom Front terrorists are armed with the assault rifle in Episode 9, "El Negotiator".
Classic Army M15A4
A Classic Army M15A4 airsoft rifle was used by Penny Cryer (Kathleen Phillips) as a short-ranger sniper rifle to target Alex in "Get Cranston".
M16
A M16 is found in the Ganzi safehouse in Episode 4. It is not clear on what the variant is. An Irish militant of the People's Popular Front of the Republic of Eire is armed with this in "The Kwan Identity". A possible NISA SWAT marksman is armed with a M16 with a mounted riflescope in "El Negotiator".
Sniper Rifles
Air Rifle
In a flashback in "Return of the Deadeye", an athlete mocks Alex for her incompetence to use an air rifle at a shooting range in a winter athletic event.
M21
Alex (Natalie Lisinska) uses the M21 in "Return of the Deadeye" to take out the elevator controls for Stade to die by falling down the elevator shaft.

Used by Benjamin (Richard Yearwood) in "The Ghost". He did not fire the weapon in the episode.

Federal Gas Riot Gun
Claude (Rémy Girard) is armed with the Federal Gas Riot Gun in "The Ghost" as part of a NISA operation to capture Joshua "The Ghost" Crane. It was loaded with tear gas grenades.
M26 Taser
A NISA security guard is armed with the M26 Taser in "The Ghost." Joshua (David Huband) uses it against Claude after disarming the guard before Claude disarms Joshua of the weapon.
Net Gun
A fictional net gun is used by NISA, which is created from a Mossberg/Remington shotgun body with the barrel removed to accommodate a funnel with a net loaded.
