==Tokyo Marui HiCapa 4.3==
The standard sidearm of the Torchwood agents is an airsoft TM HiCapa 4.3, this was used due to the strict firearms controls in the UK and because of reduced insurance cost during filming. Most agents HiCapas also include an underbarrel accessory, which is actually a storage device for a natural gas canister which feeds gas into the barrel to create a muzzle flash. Interestingly only three agents can be seen firing at one time, this is apparently because only three props were made for such a purpose. Presumably this was done as only three would most likely be needed in the early part of the show.
