Borderline is a 1980 drama which stars Charles Bronson as United States Border Patrol / Patrol Agent In Charge Jeb Maynard, who is in pursuit of a murderous illegal alien smuggler (Ed Harris).The movie was filmed in the Fall of 1979 along the U.S.- Mexican Border in California and received the full cooperation of the United States Border Patrol and the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service. It is considered to be one of the more accurate portrayals of border patrol duty at the time it was produced; with the exception of Agent Maynard's (Charles Bronson) undercover trip into Mexico.
