In the opening scene of A History of Violence we see Billy (Greg Bryk) murder a little girl holding a stuffed animal in a motel office. Billy is later killed by Tom Stall (Viggo Mortensen) while holding the same revolver in Tom's diner. The revolver looks like it might be a Smith & Wesson K-Frame model of some type, but it is difficult to tell.
