He has special wood-tipped rounds for use against vampires, "dum-dums" against zombies, and presumably silver-tipped rounds for werewolves. Dylan Dog: Dead of Night (2011)

Dylan Dog: Dead of Night is a 2011 independent horror-comedy starring Brandon Routh, Sam Huntington, Anita Briem, Taye Diggs and Peter Stormare. It is loosely based on the long-running Italian comic book series Dylan Dog by Tiziano Sclavi. Filming was done on location in New Orleans, a change from the comic book setting of London.

The following guns were used in the film Dylan Dog: Dead of Night:

Dylan Dog (Brandon Routh) uses a .455 Webley Mk VI top break revolver as his primary weapon in the film. He has special wood-tipped rounds for use against vampires, "dum-dums" against zombies, and presumably silver-tipped rounds for werewolves. (He is shown hurting a werewolf with a silver knuckle-duster.)
