Driver (Dwayne Johnson) uses a 2.5" barreled Ruger Super Redhawk Alaskan throughout the movie. The unfluted cylinder indicates that it is chambered for the .454 Casull cartridge or the .480 Ruger. However the .480 Ruger model has been discontinued, and shots in the film confirm it is loaded with .454 Casull rounds.

Killer (Oliver Jackson-Cohen) uses a 3rd Generation Glock 21 with a custom carbon fiber pattern on the frame (and also an extended slide release) as his sidearm for a good portion of the film. While the director of the film referred to the pistol as a "Glock Model 22" in an interview, the weapon is in fact a Glock 21, as evidenced when Killer is seen loading the magazine with .45 ACP ammunition. The Glock 21 from this film was later used in Savages and in Season 2 of Ray Donovan.

Killer (Oliver Jackson-Cohen) uses a 3rd Gen Glock 20 with a custom pattern frame as his sidearm for a good portion of the film. Cop (Billy Bob Thornton) carries a 2nd Gen Glock 22 as his sidearm in the film, confirmed by bore diameter and mention made in this interview with the director.

In an interview with the director, he describes it as "Glock Model 20", perhaps confusing it with Killer's weapon, which is in fact a Glock 21. Faster is a 2010 American action thriller film starring Dwayne Johnson as an ex-convict who sets out to avenge the death of his brother (Matt Gerald) after they were double-crossed during a heist ten years ago. During his campaign of revenge, he's tracked by a veteran cop (Billy Bob Thornton) and an egocentric hitman (Oliver Jackson-Cohen).

The following weapons were used in the film Faster:

Pistols

Glock 21

Killer (Oliver Jackson-Cohen) uses a 3rd Generation Glock 21 with a custom carbon fiber pattern on the frame (and also an extended slide release) as his sidearm for a good portion of the film. While the director of the film referred to the pistol as a "Glock Model 22" in an interview, the weapon is in fact a Glock 21, as evidenced when Killer is seen loading the magazine with .45 ACP ammunition. The Glock 21 from this film was later used in Savages and in Season 2 of Ray Donovan.

The Glock 21 then magically locks empty, as film guns tend to do when it's most unfortunate.

Glock 22

Cop (Billy Bob Thornton) carries a 2nd Generation Glock 22 as his sidearm. In an interview with the director, he describes it as "Glock Model 20", perhaps confusing it with Killer's weapon, which is in fact a Glock 21. The Glock 22 in this film was one of the guns originally bought for U.S. Marshals.

Heckler & Koch USP

A full size two-tone Heckler & Koch USP (caliber unknown) is seen in Killer's (Oliver Jackson-Cohen) armory, being taken by his girlfriend, Lily (Maggie Grace). Killer is later seen cleaning this same USP.

Revolvers

Ruger Super Redhawk Alaskan

Driver (Dwayne Johnson) uses a 2.5" barrel Ruger Super Redhawk Alaskan as his sidearm throughout the film. The unfluted cylinder indicates that it is chambered for the .454 Casull cartridge or the .480 Ruger cartridge. However the .480 Ruger model has been discontinued, and shots in the film confirm it is loaded with .454 Casull rounds.
