Haha, I was looking to see if anyone did the 2005 Appleseed OVA (which I wouldn't expect them to do as the guns have very little resemblance to any real world guns except perhaps a p90 for the basic assault rifle) when I came across this page but did anyone notice that in the picture of the Colt Mark IV barrel it looks like the bore diamater is about 25mm?  I'm judging the diamater based on the length of her index finger and thumb.  Unless her left hand is about 1/4 the size of her right hand that's a hell of a hand cannon haha--[[User:Gunkatas|Gunkatas]] 13:04, 30 March 2011 (CDT)

:This was one of those that I knew I had to do as soon as I got my hands on the DVD, and I knew about 90% of the people who would see it would probably be looking for the CGI movie instead. As for the Colt's barrel, I'd imagine it goes back to the animator's reference material. Usually the only reference models Japanese animators usually have are airsoft replicas, so they probably had to improvise on the bore diameter.--[[User:PistolJunkie|PistolJunkie]] 15:13, 30 March 2011 (CDT)

This was one of those that I knew I had to do as soon as I got my hands on the DVD, and I knew about 90% of the people who would see it would probably be looking for the CGI movie instead. As for the Colt's barrel, I'd imagine it goes back to the animator's reference material. ESWAT to plain old SWAT

I know in the source material, the unit is called ESWAT, but this movie refers them as just SWAT, even their patches have SWAT written on them. Excalibur01 (talk) 00:10, 31 January 2013 (EST)
