Mortal Kombat is the 1995 feature film adaptation of the popular Midway Games fighting videogame. Directed by Paul W.S. Anderson, the film follows several martial artists who are chosen to participate in an ultimate fighting tournament. The film's cast includes Robin Shou, Bridgette Wilson, Talisa Soto, and Christopher Lambert. Both Shou and Soto would return for the 1997 sequel Mortal Kombat: Annihilation.
