Hostage is a 2005 action thriller film starring Bruce Willis as Jeff Talley, a former Los Angeles SWAT officer and hostage negotiator who moves to a quiet California town after failing in a hostage negotiation. The quiet town's peace is shattered when a criminal's home is taken hostage, which results in Talley's own family being taken hostage.
