The Art of War is a 2000 action film that stars Wesley Snipes as Neil Shaw, an operative for a covert unit that works as an arm of the United Nations. Shaw then finds himself on the run when he's framed for the assassination of the Chinese ambassador. The film's cast included Michael Biehn, Anne Archer, and Donald Sutherland.
