Internal Affairs is a 1990 thriller directed by Mike Figgis and starring Andy Garcia as Raymond Avila, a police detective recently recruited into the Department's Internal Affairs Division in Los Angeles, who decides to investigate Dennis Peck (Richard Gere), a highly regarded officer who may be involved in various criminal enterprises.
