Colt Walker
When Ned Nederlander (Martin Short) is challenged to a duel, El Guapo's right-hand man Jefe (Tony Plana) forces him to replace his SAA with the Colt Walker revolver, telling him, "You wanna die with a man's gun, not a little sissy gun like that." Lucky Day (Steve Martin) also holds the Colt at one point.
Mauser Gewehr 98
The German (Kai Wulff) is seen delivering a crate of Mauser Gewehr 1898 rifles to El Guapo.
Winchester 1894
At one point, Dusty (Chevy Chase) subdues his guard and takes his Winchester 1894 rifle.
