The info in the page says that Tim Matheson's gun is a S&W 29 "chambered for the .357 magnum". The model 29 is chambered in .44 magnum only. The gun pictured is really a model 27 (note the tapered barrel; the mountain gun version of the model 29 was not produced when the movie was filmed).
