I thought I recognized the voice, and I was right. The actor playing Jason Parker, a Mr. Craig Fairbrass, is in fact the voice behind Gaz and Ghost in Call of Duty 4 and Modern Warfare 2. Guess he thought voicing a soldier made him eligible for this pile of junk. M14fanboy

:It is actually a standard MP5. MP5s have a flash-hider that can be attached onto the lugged barrel, and what they have done is to insert a cosmetic barrel extension into the flash hider so that the barrel is equal to the length of the grenade launcher. This is particularly visible in the first screenshot where you can see the ports in the base of the "barrel" which are on the true flash hider the extension is inserted into. The reason for doing this is probably two fold. The first is that it looks odd having the barrel of the parent gun end before the grenade launcher, and secondly it protects the grenade launcher from the muzzle flash of the MP5. Also, not sure that is an M203, it looks more like a Cobray CM203 to me, but is hard to tell without better screenshots.  --commando552 09:06, 15 July 2012 (CDT)
Ahh, i see, alright, yeah looking at it now i can see it is an MP5, guess the image is just too dark to really tell unless you look hard enough, either that or the brightness on my computer is set too low.Kornflakes89 05:45, 24 July 2012 (CDT)

Why this page?

Why do we now have two pages for this movie? Couldn't we have just re-directed my page, if the release date was wrong? -MT2008

Patience Paduwan. I had a slew of new screencaps and did this page in the middle of the night, and had to go to sleep. Then I realized there were two pages. You can merge them or use the new screencaps as long as the correct title is the one that stays (either merge or delete one and fix the other. I am in the middle of a gig right now so I can't fix it at this moment. Thanks MoviePropMaster2008 21:20, 11 March 2010 (UTC)
OK, cool. I know what doing pages in the middle of the night feels like. I will try and incorporate your page into mine. Only thing is, I think I did a better job IDing the guns (no offense). Can I just keep your screencaps for each gun type? This page is a bit short on most of the information I had on my own. -MT2008 21:27, 11 March 2010 (UTC)

The unknown pistol

The "unknown" pistol at the bottom IS a SIG-Sauer, but the image is flipped, so it looks wrong. See the page. http://www.imfdb.org/index.php/SIG-Sauer_P220_pistol_series

Correct, he definitely uses a P226 at the end of the movie, as I documented on my version of this page. -MT2008

Odd Note

I thought I recognized the voice, and I was right. The actor playing Jason Parker, a Mr. Craig Fairbrass, is in fact the voice behind Gaz and Ghost in Call of Duty 4 and Modern Warfare 2. Guess he thought voicing a soldier made him eligible for this pile of junk. M14fanboy
