I'll be damned. I've seen this movie many, many times (and own the DVD) but never once noticed a Model 1887 shotgun. Always thought Lancaster was using a Model 1892 carbine because I thought that was what he was loading when Raza's men came riding up through that canyon. Thanks for pointing that out. I'll be damned. I've seen this movie many, many times (and own the DVD) but never once noticed a Model 1887 shotgun. Always thought Lancaster was using a Model 1892 carbine because I thought that was what he was loading when Raza's men came riding up through that canyon. Thanks for pointing that out.
