Knight and Day is a 2010 action comedy directed by James Mangold and starring Tom Cruise as Roy Miller, an American spy who unwittingly involves a woman (Cameron Diaz) he met on a plane into his world of espionage. The film cast includes Peter Sarsgaard, Viola Davis, and Jordi Mollà and features one of the earliest appearances of the SIG-Sauer P250 pistol.

Handguns
SIG-Sauer P250 Compact two-tone
Roy Miller (Tom Cruise) is seen using a two-tone SIG-Sauer P250 throughout the film, sometimes fitted with laser sights. This was likely one of the first appearances of the P250 in a feature film, if not the first.
SIG-Sauer P229
Some of the agents who confront Roy Miller on the plane are armed with suppressed SIG-Sauer P229s. Miller also picks up one of the guns and uses it briefly.
SIG-Sauer P226
Federal Agent John Fitzgerald's (Peter Sarsgaard) sidearm throughout the whole film is a nickel-plated SIG-Sauer P226. He most notably wields it during the climax.
Heckler & Koch USP Expert
One of the agents on the plane posing as the pilot fires a Heckler & Koch USP Expert at Miller. But Miller shoots him and the pilot (Dane Farwell) accidentally shoots his co-pilot.
Heckler & Koch P2000
Roy briefly switches to a Heckler & Koch P2000 during the tunnel car chase.
Glock 19
Roy Miller (Tom Cruise) and June Havens (Cameron Diaz) are seen with Glock 19 pistols.
Beretta 93R
Both Antonio Quintana (Jordi Mollà) and Eduardo (Trevor Loomis) use a Beretta 93R.
Taurus Judge
Roy (Tom Cruise) uses the Taurus Judge near the end of the freeway shootout. He later gives June (Cameron Diaz) the gun, but she abandons it in a mailbox without using it.
Beretta 92G Elite II
Antonio Quintana (Jordi Mollà) uses a two-tone Beretta 92G Elite II in Spain. This particular Beretta has rails. Although its appearance is brief, it is clearly a Beretta Elite, based on the cocking serrations, and the fact that it says "II" on the slide.
CZ 75 Automatic
During the warehouse shootout, one of the operatives is armed with a CZ 75 Automatic.
Springfield Armory TRP Operator
When Miller is being chased on the Austrian rooftops, he pulls out the Springfield Armory TRP Operator pistol.
Unidentified Pistol
One of the CIA agents draws this pistol when Miller attacks the vehicles on I-93.
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP7
Roy Miller (Tom Cruise) uses dual Heckler & Koch MP7 submachine guns in the warehouse shootout. He later hands one of them to June Havens (Cameron Diaz). Earlier, Roy finds two MP7 submachine guns inside a bag taken from the black CIA Mercury, while preparing for the tunnel shootout.
Steyr TMP
Some operatives in the Brooklyn warehouse is armed with what appears to be Steyr TMPs.
IMI Micro Uzi
One of the operatives in the warehouse appears to be armed with a Micro Uzi.

Two CIA agents use a Heckler & Koch G36C during the tunnel firefight. It's also used by Austrian EKO Cobra operatives in the hotel and during the ensuing chase on the roof.

A CIA agent in Austria is seen holding a Heckler & Koch G36K.
Z-M LR 300ML
Roy uses an Z-M LR 300ML during the tunnel firefight. He takes the weapon from the trunk of the Mercury that the CIA agents use when they try to transport June to 'safety'. The particular rifle is a carbine version of the full-sized rifle (Z-M LR 300). For anyone wondering what the magazines are, they are Magpul PMAGs.
FN FNC Paratrooper
An operative is seen wielding an FN FNC "Paratrooper" assault rifle during the raid on the warehouse.
IMI Galil SAR
At least one of the operatives in the warehouse uses what appears to be a Galil SAR.
SIG SG 552
An EKO Cobra operative is armed with a SIG SG 552 during the hotel raid.
Colt M4A1
One of the federal agents that are escorting Simon Feck (Paul Dano) in the hotel in Austria has an M4A1 assault rifle.
AKMS
Eduardo uses an AKMS in Spain. Another one is previously seen carried by one of Antonio's men.
M16A2
One of Antonio's men is seen wielding an M16A2 in Spain. This could also be an M16A1 fitted with A2 handguards.
Sharps 1874
What appeared to be a Sharps 1874 can be seen at the one point.
Hawken rifle
What appeared to be a Hawken rifle can be seen at the same point as well.
