Insurgency: Modern Infantry Combat is a multiplayer total conversion mod for Half-Life 2, available on Steam. Insurgency focuses on realistic modern warfare, and involves combat between the USMC and Insurgents on maps set from Iraq to Afghanistan.
A retail sequel, simply titled Insurgency, was released on January 22 of 2014.

Weapons used by USMC
Beretta M9
The Beretta M9 is used by the USMC by default.
M45 / MEU(SOC)
The M45 can be only equipped either by using cheats or playing on custom servers. Labeled "MEU SOC 1911" ingame and "1911" in game files.
Colt M16A4
The M16A4 is available to the Rifleman and Grenadier classes.
The Grenadier class in the game allows the M16A4 to be wielded with an M203 Grenade Launcher.
