Col. Billy Bibit RAM is a 1994 biographical action film directed by William Mayo. The film stars Rommel Padilla as Colonel Billy Bibit, the film tells his days as a young officer and one of the military personnel who led a series of attempted coups against former President of the Philippines Corazon Aquino during the 1980s.

Billy Bibit (Rommel Padilla) is seen using what appears to be an FN CAL. This is one of the few known film appearances of this very rare rifle.
