Error creating thumbnail: File missing WARNING! THIS PAGE CONTAINS SPOILERS!
Pistols
Walther PPK/S
Charly Baltimore (Geena Davis) takes a stainless Walther PPK/S with wood grips from the pants of Dr. Nathan Waldman (Brian Cox). Waldman said he kept the pistol next to "Mr. Wally", because, as he tells Mitch Henessey (Samuel L. Jackson) "most pat-downs don't reveal it, as even the most hardened Federal agent is often reluctant to feel up another man's groin."
Glock Pistol
The police officers who mistakenly target Mitch Henessey (Samuel L. Jackson) carry Glock Pistols, most likely Glock 17s.
Beretta 92FS Inox
Charly and Timothy fight over a Beretta 92FS Inox.
Beretta 92FS
Multiple assassins as well as Mitch Henessey (Samuel L. Jackson) use the Beretta 92FS.
Desert Eagle Mark I
One Eyed Jack (Joseph McKenna) loses his eye (hence his name) and tries to kill Charly Baltimore for it with his .357 magnum Desert Eagle.
Colt Gold Cup National Match M1911A1
Daedalus (David Morse) packs a Stainless Series 80 Colt Gold Cup National Match in his waistband. Daedalus' handgun has the trademark Gold Cup Elliason adjustable sights, skeletonized match trigger and hammer, and the beavertail grip safety. The pistol also features a mounting rail on the top of the slide for optics. (thanks to RedJedRevolver)
Ruger KP94
Timothy (Craig Bierko) has a Ruger KP94 in his waist band, which he shows to Mitch Henessey, offering him a choice (since it's Christmas) of being killed with a knife or a gun.
SIG-Sauer P226 Nickel
Charly Baltimore (Geena Davis) uses a nickel SIG-Sauer P226. She is shown holding a K-Kote (black) SIG-Sauer P226 on the movie poster but she doesn't use one in the film.
SIG-Sauer P225
Waldman (Brian Cox) has a SIG-Sauer P225 pistol which Mitch Henessey (Samuel L. Jackson) later uses against Daedalus (David Morse).

Unknown Snub-Nose Revolver
A thug falls with a bright nickel snub-nose revolver. It is not well seen enough to make any decent ID.
Submachine Guns & Machine Pistols
Steyr TMP
At least one of the killers uses a Steyr TMP submachine gun.
Beretta M12
The killers also carry Beretta M12 submachine guns.

One of the guards at the headquarters carries an Heckler & Koch MP5K.

Rifles & Carbines
Custom Take-Down Sniper Rifle (Remington 700 action)
When Samantha goes through her suitcase at the hotel, she finds a hidden case which contains what appears to be a disassembled Remington 700 takedown rifle. The bolt handle, rear of the receiver are the same as a Remington 700. This rifle appears to be the same configuration as the one used by Dennis Haysbert in Absolute Power.
Winchester Model 1894
Mitch Henessey (Samuel L. Jackson) carries a Winchester Model 1894 lever action rifle.
Colt Model 733
Bad guys use the Colt Model 733 carbines. Charly Baltimore also uses a Colt M733 with a scope at the night battle.
Ruger Mini 14
Charly Baltimore (Geena Davis) uses a Stainless Ruger Mini-14 with synthetic black stock, heat shield/barrel shroud, Stainless B-Square side-mount scope base & scope, and an aftermarket stainless flash hider.
M16A1
A very strange combination - Timothy, while riding in the helicopter, uses an M16A1 to shoot at Charly Baltimore on the bridge, but rather than standard handguards, the rifle has the special handguards designed for the M203 combination (which questions why the M203 that was used with the Winchester below wasn't used with this rifle).
Heckler & Koch HK91A2
Timothy (Craig Bierko) uses a Heckler & Koch HK91A2 in the helicopter when they try to corner Charly and Mitch.
Rocky Mountain Arms Patriot
One of the killers appears to use a full auto version of the early 1990s Rocky Mountain Arms Patriot.
Olympic Arms OA-93
Some of the killers also carry and fire Olympic Arms OA-93s converted to full auto.
Shotguns
Winchester 1887 Sawed-Off with M203 Grenade Launcher
A stranger combo cannot be described. One Eyed Jack (Joseph McKenna) tries to kill Charly Baltimore (Geena Davis) with an M203 grenade launcher attached to a Winchester Model 1887 lever-action shotgun with sawed-off stock and shortened barrel. However, in the film, flip cocking the shotgun somehow also reloads the grenade launcher. Also when it fires, the projectile looks more like a guided missile than a grenade. The front foregrip of the 1887 has been removed to allow for the attachment of the M203 launcher.
Other
M26/M61 Grenade
This grenade, resembling the M26/M61, though actually a pot metal training version, is thrown at Charly and Mitch, and shows all of traits of Hollywood Fantasy grenades - It has a 20 second delay, and packs the explosive power of twenty pounds of C4 and a 55 drum of gasoline.
