Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area is the 2022 Korean adaptation of the 2017-2021 Spanish crime drama [[Money Heist]]. The series follows a group of criminals led by an individual only known as " | '''''Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area''''' (Korean title: 종이의 집: 공동경제구역, Jongi-ui Jip: Gongdonggyeongjeguyeok; lit. "The House of Paper: Joint Economic Area") is the 2022 Korean adaptation of the first season of the 2017-2021 Spanish crime drama ''[[Money Heist]]''. The series takes place in an alternate 2025 where South and North Korea are undergoing reunification, and follows a group of criminals led by an individual only known as "The Professor" as they attempt to take control of and print 4 trillion Korean won (around 2.9 billion USD) in the Unified Korea Mint of the Joint Economic Area, an economic zone on the borders of and managed by the two Koreas.
Most of the firearms in the series appear to be airsoft replicas. Rather poor attempts to hide this can be seen at times, as well as various flaws in the guns themselves.

Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area (Korean title: 종이의 집: 공동경제구역, Jongi-ui Jip: Gongdonggyeongjeguyeok; lit.
