Day of the Cobra (Il giorno del Cobra) is a 1980 Italian crime movie directed by Enzo G. Castellari (The Inglorious Bastards) and starring Franco Nero as private eye Larry Stanziani, known as 'The Cobra', who is hired to investigate the murder in Genoa.
The following weapons are seen in the movie Day of the Cobra (Il giorno del Cobra):
Revolvers
Colt Python
Mr. Smith (Rocco Lerro) carries a Colt Python with 4" barrel in the opening scene.
During the shootout at the brickworks one of the assassins carries a revolver that looks like Combat Python.
Smith & Wesson Model 65
Larry Stanziani (Franco Nero) carries a stainless steel Smith & Wesson Model 65 in several scenes.
Smith & Wesson Model 15
One of the assassins (Sasha D'Arc) uses a Smith & Wesson Model 15 when Larry Stanziani pursues him.
Pistols
Beretta M1951
Two assassins are armed with suppressed Beretta M1951 pistols in the opening scene. Later various characters use M1951 in several scenes.
M1911A1
An M1911A1 is seen in hands of Larry Stanziani (Franco Nero) in the beginning of the movie. Stanziani again uses this pistol in the final scene.
Beretta 950 Jetfire
Brenda (Sybil Danning) aims a Beretta 950 Jetfire pistol with pearl grips at Larry Stanziani (Franco Nero) when he appeares in her apartments. Later Brenda carries Beretta 950 in several scenes including the final one.
