In Sound Mind is a first-person urban exploration game with horror and puzzle elements. Desmond Wales, a psychiatrist, awakens in his apartment building to find reality coming unstuck. The player frequently finds themselves hunted by monsters and warped representations of Desmond's past patients.
The following weapons appear in the video game In Sound Mind:
Colt Model 1903 Pocket Hammerless
One of the first puzzles the player must do is assembling a Colt Model 1903 Pocket Hammerless. It serves as the primary weapon of the game.
12 Gauge Pump Shotgun
The final addition to the player's arsenal is a generic pump-action shotgun.
Orion Flare Gun
Midway through the game, the player acquires an Orion Flare Gun. Its effect on enemies is very similar to that of the flare gun in Alan Wake.
