The Mandalorian aka Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) continues to use his Bergmann 1894-based Blastech IB-94 blaster pistol in the second season.
HF-94 Heavy Blaster Pistol (Hebel Flare Pistol Model 1894)
An HF-94 Heavy Blaster Pistol made from a Hebel Flare Pistol Model 1894 is used by the Marshal aka Cobb Vanth (Timothy Olyphant) in "Chapter 9: The Marshal".
Ruger Mk pistol
A modified Ruger Mk pistol is seen with a bounty hunter in "Chapter 10: The Passenger".
Shard-3A holdout cluster blaster (Remington Elliot Derringer)
The Frog Lady uses a Shard-3A holdout cluster blaster pistol based on a Remington Elliot derringer to save The Child from Spiders in "Chapter 10: The Passenger".
WESTAR 35 Blaster Pistol (STI Perfect 10)
WESTAR 35s are used by Bo-Katan Kryze (Katee Sackhoff), Axe Woves (Simon Kassianides) and Koska Reeves (Mercedes Varnado) in "Chapter 11: The Heiress". These pistols appear to be based on STI Perfect 10s fitted with a cosmetic shell that covers the entire slide and the front of the frame. Then Bo-Katan and Koska Reves use these pistols again in "Chapter 16: The Rescue".
BlasTech DH-17 Blaster Pistol (S&T Sterling L2A1)
Quarren dock workers in "Chapter 11: The Heiress" are seen armed with DH-17 blaster pistols. In common with the other props for Sterling-based blasters re-used from Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, these are built from S&T airsoft replicas.
BlasTech SE-14r Light Repeating Blaster (Rexim Favor)
Remnant Imperial officers and pilots are seen armed with SE-14R blaster pistols (based on the Rexim-Favor Mk5) as their sidearm. Aqualish robbers use them in "Chapter 12: The Siege" while Mythrol (Horatio Sanz) takes one later for himself in the same episode when he goes with Cara, the Mandalorian and Karga in raiding a Remnant Imperial base. The Mandalorian and Migs Mayfeld (Bill Burr) use them while disguised as Tank Troopers in "Chapter 15: The Believer". Then Moff Gideon (Giancarlo Esposito) briefly uses one in "Chapter 16: The Rescue" when the Jedi arrives to take on his Dark Troopers.
EC-17 Hold-out Blaster
The EC-17 Hold-out Blaster is used by Remnant Imperial Scout Troopers as their sidearm.
Unnamed Blaster Pistol (Steyr M1912 and PSS-43)
One of Gor Koresh's associates is armed with a blaster pistol based around a Steyr M1912 modified with the barrel and muzzle of a PPS-43 sub-machine gun in "Chapter 9: The Marshal", similar to the one used by Greef Karga (Carl Weathers) in the previous season.
Astra 400
A heavily modified Astra 400 (similar to the version used by Miggs Mayfield from the Mandalorian in "Chapter 6: The Prisoner") is used by one of Gor Koresh's associates in "Chapter 9: The Marshal".
Sedgley Signal Pistol Mk 5
Gor Koresh points a blaster pistol made from a Sedgley Signal Pistol Mk 5, at the Mandalorian in "Chapter 9: The Marshal". Boba Fett (Temuera Morrison) also uses one against Remnant Stormtroopers in "Chapter 14: The Tragedy".
Nambu Type 14
The Nambu Type 14 returns in the season as the sidearm of Cara Dune (Gina Carano).
Leuchtpistole 42
Greef Karga (Carl Weathers) carries a blaster pistol built from a Leuchtpistole 42 flare gun in "Chapter 12: The Siege".
Mauser C96
A Mauser C96 is used as the base for Fennec's pistol in "Chapter 16: The Rescue". But unlike Han Solo's signature DL-44, this pistol features an iron sight, different barrel housing and a few greebies on it.
DL-18 Blaster Pistol (Umarex RO 72 Panther)
Several Guards under Bib Fortuna are armed with the DL-18 Heavy Blaster Pistol as they were under Jabba the Hutt's wing in Return of the Jedi.
Blaster Rifles
Amban sniper rifle
The Amban sniper rifle returns as the Mandalorian's primary weapon.
KA74 blaster rifle (PP-19-01 Vityaz)
Cobb uses a KA74 rifle that uses a PP-19-01 Vityaz as its basis.
Unknown Blaster Rifle
Members of the Mining Collective are armed with blaster rifles in "Chapter 9: The Marshal".
Cycler Rifle (Jezail Musket)
The Cycler Rifle, based on the Jezail Musket, is seen with Tusken Raiders, Taanti, the Mos Pelgo bartender (W. Earl Brown), and an unhelmeted Boba Fett (Temuera Morrison) in "Chapter 9: The Marshal", the latter using it as his primary weapon until he can secure his Mandalorian armor. Fett then uses it briefly in "Chapter 14: The Tragedy" against Stormtroopers. Mayfield uses it briefly to destroy the secret Morak Imperial mining base in "Chapter 15: The Believer".
BlasTech A280C Blaster Rifle (Sturmgewehr 44)
New Republic pilots Captain Carson Teva (Paul Sun-Hyung Lee) and Trapper Wolf (Dave Filoni) use BlasTech A280C blaster rifles in "Chapter 10: The Passenger". These weapons first appeared in The Empire Strikes Back and are based on Sturmgewehr 44 rifles.
BlasTech E-11 blaster rifle (S&T Sterling L2A1)
Remnant Stormtroopers aboard a Gozanti-class freighter in "Chapter 11: The Heiress" are seen armed with E-11 blaster rifles. Remnant Stormtroopers are also seen with the E-11 blaster rifle in the rest of the season as their main weapon.
Blastech E-22 blaster rifle (S&T Sterling L2A1)
Remnant Stormtroopers in "Chapter 11: The Heiress" arm themselves with BlasTech E-22 blaster rifles taken from the freighter's cargo when the vessel is boarded. Shoretroopers at the Imperial refinery on Morak use them in "Chapter 15: The Believer". Then in "Chapter 16: The Rescue", Fennec Shrand (Ming-Na Wen) arms herself with one in preparation for the final fight.
DLT-19 Heavy Blaster Rifle (MG34)
A Remnant Stormtrooper in "Chapter 11: The Heiress" is seen armed with a DLT-19 Heavy Blaster rifle, which is based on the MG34.
A350 Blaster Rifle (M1918A2 Browning Automatic Rifle and Armaguerra OG-43)
The A350 Blaster Rifle is seen in "Chapter 13: The Jedi" with settlement soldiers working under Morgan Elsbeth, which is based on the M1918A2 Browning Automatic Rifle with parts from an Armaguerra OG-43 sub-machine gun.
BARM-ST12 Scattergun (FABARM STF 12)
Lang's (Michael Biehn) main blaster is a BARN-ST12 scatter blaster that's based on the FABARM STF 12 in "Chapter 13: The Jedi".
MK Blaster Rifle (SVD Dragunov)
The SVD Dragunov returns once again as the weapon of mercenary assassin Fennec Shrand (Ming-Na Wen).
Cara's Blaster Rifle
Cara uses a blaster rifle that's (at least) based on the Heckler Koch G36 in "Chapter 15: The Believer", which appears to be the same one used by the sniper from "Chapter 4: Sanctuary".
EE-3 Carbine Rifle (Webley & Scott Flare Gun)
Boba Fett is seen using his "EE-3 carbine rifle", a modified Webley & Scott No.1 Mark 1 Flare Gun as his primary weapon once he secures his Mandalorian armor.
Bren Mk1
Cara uses her double barrel repeating blaster based on a Bren Mk1, which previously appeared in season one, in "Chapter 16: The Rescue". This is the same weapon taken from the Razor Crest.
Dark Trooper Rifle (MP-40 and Sterling SMG)
The Third Generation Dark Troopers are all armed with a blaster rifle that uses the body of an MP40 with the trigger guard and folding stock removed with the main barrel being replaced with the barrel of a Sterling SMG attached on the front and all mainly use it in "Chapter 16: The Rescue".
Boiler Rifle
In "Chapter 10: The Passenger", one the thugs attempts top use a boiler rifle on The Mandalorian but is stopped at the last second. The Boiler rifle appears to be a customary made rifle, using parts from a Sterling SMG and the stock of a Mossberg 500.
