The lever action looks like an 1887 Winchester shotgun, look how low that stock is in relation to the barrel and that magazine looks more suitable for shotgun shells than for rifle cartridges. ::That could be a bolt action shotgun, the barrel is too thick to be anything other than either a shotgun or a very heavy target barrel, plus the lack of sights and that short handguard in the first picture. Either a sporterized bolt action rifle or one of those higher end shotguns are the only options that make sense to me.
