I don't know much about this movie, but those guards are NVA. The Victor Charlie didn't wear uniforms. I know some people don't know the difference between the Vietcong and the NVA, but anyone that knows that the Charlie were an guerrilla force knows that they didn't wear uniforms.-[[User:Oliveira|Oliveira]] 21:05, 9 July 2009 (UTC) | I don't know much about this movie, but those guards are NVA. I really don't think that's an RPD, and it's not an RPK either. The gas tube is obviously an AK-pattern (mounted above the barrel at that, as opposed to the RPD's tube mounted BELOW the barrel) and the barrel is too short to be an RPK. Plus, there's no bipod or bipod mount. Instead it's most likely a Type-56, as you can see the mount for the folding bayonet (which was obviously taken off) [[User:Run its a T-55|Run its a T-55]] 18:14, 4 August 2011 (CDT) |

RPD?
I really don't think that's an RPD, and it's not an RPK either. The gas tube is obviously an AK-pattern (mounted above the barrel at that, as opposed to the RPD's tube mounted BELOW the barrel) and the barrel is too short to be an RPK. Plus, there's no bipod or bipod mount. Instead it's most likely a Type-56, as you can see the mount for the folding bayonet (which was obviously taken off) Run its a T-55 18:14, 4 August 2011 (CDT)
