Smith & Wesson Model 13
As in the feature film, FBI Special Agent Clarice Starling (Rebecca Breeds) still carries the then-standard FBI-issue Smith & Wesson Model 13. This .357 Magnum, 3" barrel revolver was the last revolver issued by the FBI (and was usually loaded with .38 Special +P .158 gr lead LHP ammo).
Colt Python

Smith & Wesson Model 60
Starling (Rebecca Breeds) carries what appears to be a Smith & Wesson Model 60 as her backup weapon. She pulls it from an ankle holster during a confrontation in "The Silence is Over" (S1E01).
Pistols
M1911A1
Lucas Novak (Tim Guinee) pulls what appears to be an M1911A1 during a confrontation with Starling in "Ghosts of Highway 20" (S1E02).
SIG-Sauer P226
The SIG-Sauer P226 was a firearm authorized by the FBI in 1988 to be carried by its agents, in particular, members of FBI field SWAT teams. Among the agents who carry the pistol include Special Agent Tomas Esquivel (Lucca De Oliveira).
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5A2
The Heckler & Koch MP5A2 fitted with a dedicated forend weaponlight is seen in the hands of a few ATF Agents in "Ghosts of Highway 20" (S1E02).
