The Witch (Russian: Ведьма, Vedma: Ukrainian Відьма, Vidma) is a Ukrainian-Russian mystery TV-series about Slavic witchcraft. The story takes place in a small Russian village far from any cities or even towns. Nearly all of its inhabitants often seen the witch's activity.

Note 1: While this TV series is set in Russia, it was filmed in Ukraine which results in the choice of firearms.

Note 2: While the Russian language is the only spoken language in the series (obviously due to the Russian setting), this TV series was previously released in Ukraine and as such was equipped with unremovable Ukrainian subtitles.

The following weapons were used in the television series The Witch (Vedma):

Handguns

Viy

Numerous characters can be seen with the Makarov PM pistol throughout the series. This TV series was filmed in Ukraine, so these are likely Ukrainian-produced Viy pistols.

EKOL Viper

The EKOL Viper is the personal firearm of the crime boss Baro (Sergey Kalantay). It didn't see action. This gun is possibly standing in for a Colt Anaconda. Either way, it's very unlikely that the boss of the small gang in the village might be owning an expensive Western handgun.
