The Narrow Margin (1952)

The Narrow Margin is a 1952 film noir mystery that follows an LAPD detective as he tries to transport the wife of a mob boss back to Los Angeles on a passenger train while hitmen attempt to eliminate her. A feature film remake that starred Gene Hackman and Anne Archer was released in 1990.
