The Glimmer Man (1996)

The Glimmer Man is a 1996 action film starring Steven Seagal as Jack Cole, an LAPD detective with a mysterious past who partners with fellow detective Jim Campbell (Keenen Ivory Wayans) in order to track down a serial killer. The cast includes Bob Gunton, Johnny Strong and John M. Jackson.
