Discussion
Should the MP28 ,Lanchester SMG, and Steyr Solothurn S1\100 pages be combined on this page?
- What are the visual differences between the MP18 and MP28, if any? --Funkychinaman (talk) 02:53, 21 April 2013 (EDT)
- I will raise the question once again: should the MP18, MP28 and Lanchester not be combined on one page, given that these are different versions of the same weapon? --Slon95 (talk) 08:49, 14 January 2020 (EST)
- I vote yes for combining the MP18, MP28, Lanchester, and the Sig M1920 onto a single page, along with perhaps the MP34/Steyr Solothurn S1/100 as well. --AK-74Fan (talk) 11:30, 14 January 2020 (EST)

Start using
It is true, that Bergmann-Schmeisser MP started to use before 1918? I ran across a rumor, that they are delivered with 1916 (More then the original structure, with magazines - "sticks"), but no concrete evidence for this is not found. Slon95 (talk) 16 January 2015 (EDT)
Post-war mag well
If the post-war MP18's were refitted/produced with the MP28 magwell, then does that mean it could also load from the MP28/Lancaster 50-round magazines? --HashiriyaR32 (talk) 13:28, 8 December 2018 (EST)
