Tin Star is a British Canadian drama series starring Tim Roth and Christina Hendricks in leading roles. It was produced by both Sky Atlantic and Amazon Video, and premiered in 2017. It is set in the fictional community of Little Big Bear, located in the also fictitious Bear Valley County in Alberta, Canada.

Season 1 introduces Jim Worth (Tim Roth), a former undercover detective with the London Metropolitan Police who has relocated to the town of Little Big Bear, Alberta, where he serves as Chief of Police. With a problems arising from the building of a refinery by North Stream Oil in the area, Worth has to deal with both Elizabeth Bradshaw (Christina Hendricks), a PR representative for the company and sinister figures from his undercover criminal past who have followed him to Canada. When his family is beset by a tragedy, the two year sober Chief resumes drinking, bringing out his violent alter-ego Jack Devlin to better deal with the problems.

Season 2 takes place immediately after the first season, and introduces new cast member John Lynch as Pastor Johan Nickel, an Ammonite preacher who becomes intertwined with the Worth's and brings his own series of problems to Little Big Bear.
