The Presidio is a 1988 thriller that stars Mark Harmon as Jay Austin, an SFPD Inspector who used to be a former US Army MP who then find himself working with his former boss, US Army Lt. Colonel Alan Caldwell (Sean Connery) as they together investigate the murder of an MP on the US Army installation at the Presidio in San Francisco. The film was directed by Peter Hyams (End of Days, Timecop) and the cast includes Meg Ryan and Jack Warden.

The Beretta 92SB is the sidearm of SFPD Inspector Jay Austin (Mark Harmon).
Smith & Wesson Model 19
Howard Buckley (Don Calfa), a crazed suspect, is seen taking what appears to be a Smith & Wesson Model 19 from an SFPD Inspector and holding it on Austin at the film's beginning.
Smith & Wesson Model 19 Snub
Austin gives Lt. Col. Alan Caldwell (Sean Connery) what appears to be a Smith & Wesson Model 19 Snub Nose to use during the shootout at the water plant.
Smith & Wesson Model 15
Army MP Patti Jean Lynch (Jenette Goldstein) carries a Smith & Wesson Model 15 as her sidearm at the beginning of the film.
M1911A1
Sgt. Major MacClure (Jack Warden) is seen using an M1911A1 with custom grips to threaten Peale at the end of the film. This gun was given to him by Caldwell (Sean Connery) after MacClure saved his life in Vietnam. Caldwell is also seen using it during water plant shootout.
Colt Commander
One of Peale's henchmen (Allan Graf) uses a stainless Colt Commander to knock out Sgt. Major MacClure.
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch SP89
During the final shootout, Peale's henchman Mark (Patrick Kilpatrick) uses the Heckler & Koch SP89 with the forearm removed against Caldwell and Austin. Other henchmen are seen using the H&K's with the foregrips.
Micro-Uzi
Arthur Peale (Mark Blum) is seen opening fire on Caldwell and Austin with a Micro Uzi.
Shotguns
Ithaca 37 "Stakeout"
Spota (James Hooks Reynolds), another one of Peale's men, fires an Ithaca 37 "Stakeout" at Lt. Colonel Caldwell.
Rifles
M16A1
The M16A1 is used by the Honor Guard at the end of the film.
