Shattered Sky (Raskolotoe nebo) is a Soviet 1979 mini-series directed by Anatoliy Ivanov. During the Great War several Russian military pilots are trained in France. After Russian revolution 1917 they return back, and the Civil war splits former comrades-in-arms between Reds and Whites.
The following weapons were used in the film Shattered Sky (Raskolotoe nebo):
Revolvers
Nagant M1895
Nagant M1895 revolvers are widely used by both Reds and Whites, notably Daniil Semyonovich Shchepkin (Aristarkh Livanov) and Leonid Leopoldovich (Leon) Sventitskiy (Sergey Nikonenko), former Russian Army and White Army Poruchiks and later Red Army pilots, and White Army Lt. Col. Viktor Nikolayevich Cherkizov (Ernst Romanov). Revolvers are of anachronistic post-1930 version.
Note: see additional images on talk page.
Pistols
Mauser C96 "Bolo"
Red Army pilot Yakov Gnevnyy (Abesalom Loria) carries a Mauser C96 "Bolo" pistol, out of time for 1919.
Percussion Cap Pistol (Possibly Mockup)
A Percussion Cap Pistol is seen on the wall. Its general shape also causes suspicion that it can be a single barreled shotgun, mocked up as percussion cap pistol.
Rifles
Mosin Nagant M1891/30
Red Army soldiers are armed with Mosin Nagant M1891/30 rifles, standing for original M91s. In one scene Daniil Shchepkin (Aristarkh Livanov) is seen with a rifle.
Machine Guns
Maxim M1910/30
A Maxim M1910/30 is seen mounted on a makeshift mounting for air gunnery training. A Maxim on standard Sokolov mount is used by Konyaev's soldiers.
MG08/15
An MG08/15 is used as aircraft machine gun.
Trivia
Holsters
The series shows a wide variety of handgun holsters, including some anachronistic.
Airplanes
Full size replicas (on land) and scale models (in flight) of WW1 era airplanes are seen in the series.
Footage
Documentary footage of Russian Civil war is seen in the series.
