Heckler & Koch HK416
Several DEVGRU operators are correctly armed with Heckler & Koch HK416 carbines as their main battle weapon. This weapon is usually fitted with 10-inch barrels and a variety of accessories, including Advanced Armament Corp. suppressors, various optical sights and AN/PEQ-15 ATPIALs. Some of these rifles have M4 or some other AR platform lowers due to the fact the magazine well is slanted where on a standard 416 it is straight.
Heckler & Koch HK417
Fishbait appears to use a suppressed Heckler & Koch HK417 when taking down the terrorists from his helo in Season 2's premiere "Critical" (S2E01), using it as his primary weapon.
AKMSU
Several AKMSU rifles are seen in an arms cache in Chechnya in 2014 in "Seesaw" (S2E04).
AKS-74U
Several AKS-74U rifles are seen in an arms cache in "FUBAR" (S2E07).
AMD-65
The AMD-65 is seen in "Scorpions in a Bottle" (S2E08) with some of the Prince's men.
Mk 18 Mod 0
In flashbacks to 2004, several of the SEALs are armed with suppressed Mk 18 Mod 0 carbines, the preferred weapon of the operators during the time period depicted (the HK416 wasn't fielded until 2005).
CZ 805 BREN
The CZ 805 BREN is seen in an arms cache in Chechnya back in 2014 in "Seesaw" (S2E04). Tamerlin Shishoni (Nikolai Nikolaeff) aka the Prince and his men use them in "Scorpions in a Bottle" (S2E08) and in "The Reckoning" (S2E09). Fyodor (Andre Roshkov) uses one briefly in "Danger Close" (S2E10).
Norinco Type 56
A Norinco Type 56 is seen with a Halid fighter in "FUBAR" (S2E07). It's also held used by some of the Prince's fighters in "The Reckoning" (S2E09).

What appears to be an Arsenal Firearms Strike One pistol is used by one of the Prince's gunmen in "Dua" (S2E03).

The MP-443C appears to be used by a gunman in Season 2's premiere "Critical" (S2E01).
SIG-Sauer P226
Jackie Ortiz (Nadine Velazquez) uses a SIG-Sauer P226 to take target practice in "Dua" (S2E03) and "Seesaw" (S2E04). Buddha confiscates it from Jackie in the middle of "Scorpions in a Bottle" (S2E08).
Stechkin APS
A Stechkin APS is wielded by the terrorist posing as the Prince in "Dua" (S2E03). Halid (Ihar Lamaka) uses it in "FUBAR" (S2E07). The Prince himself uses it in "The Reckoning" (S2E09)
X26 Taser
The X26 Taser is seen in "Dua" (S2E03) when Trevor gets hazed as the new guy.
