Ruger KP89
The Ruger KP89 is used by many soldiers of the "Sky People" group.
Walther P99
Jasper Jordan (Devon Bostick) as well as other "Skaikru" soldiers can be seen armed with a Walther P99.
Shotguns
Sawed off shotgun
On the door of the rover a gun that appears to be a sawed off shotgun can be seen with shotgun shells attached on it in "Praimfaya" (S1E13).
Rifle/Carbines
Beretta Mx4 Storm
The Beretta Mx4 Storm can be seen in the hands of the "Sky People" as well as some "Grounders".
Norinco QBZ-97
The Norinco QBZ-97 bullpup rifle is carried by many of the station security forces. They are identifiable as being chambered for 5.56mm as indicated by their magazines.
CAA Tactical RONI
The CAA Tactical RONI carbine kit (possibly using a Glock 17 as the internal firearm) is seen again with the "Sky People".

Clarke in "Praimfaya" (S4E13) and a young girl is seen with what appears to be a customized Lee-Enfield rifle.

A soldier can be seen armed with a Remington 700 in a Choate Ultimate Sniper stock. A bolt cannot be seen on this one however, meaning it may not be a real firearm.
Savage Arms AXIS
Riley (Ben Sullivan) uses a Savage Arms AXIS when attempting to assassinate King Roan (Zach McGowan).
Machine Guns
M134 Minigun
The Arkadia rover can be seen again with a M134 Minigun attached to it at the front. This one however is most likely a mock up.
