Into the Night is the 1985 action comedy directed by John Landis and starring Jeff Goldblum as Ed, a depressed worker suffering from insomnia who finds his whole life turned upside down when Diana (Michelle Pfeiffer), a beautiful jewel smuggler, gets into his car one night after being chased by gunmen.
