:Man in the center foreground of the first pic has an M1903 Springfield, I suppose it could represent the 1903 in .30-03 if those were surplussed out at the time, the other rifle look like Model 1893 Spanish Mauser I suppose Spanish-American War surplus is the representation. The second pic looks like it could be an Artillery/Signal Troops Carbine or a Short Rifle. Although it looks like it may be an M1916 Spanish Mauser with a hooded front sight.
