Pete (Preston Foster) draws a Smith & Wesson Safety Hammerless on the hamburger stand operator, using it to force James Allen (Paul Muni) to help him rob it.
Colt Official Police
The policemen (one of which played by Lee Shumway) who arrest James Allen for the hamburger stand robbery carry Colt Official Police revolvers.
Winchester Model 1897
Most of the guards (one of which is played by Harry Woods) of the Merritt County chain gang carry Winchester Model 1897 shotguns.
Winchester Model 1892
One of the guards (the one leading the dogs) during Allen's first escape has a Winchester Model 1892. Two guards fire at Allen with Model 92s from their car during his second escape.
