Unknown Revolver
An unidentified revolver is among the guns, purchased by Tom Cody (Michael Paré) from Pete the Mechanic (John Dennis Johnston). Unlike two other Tom's guns, Marlin Model 336 and Ithaca 37, the revolver has only limited use. The bore looks too large even for .45 caliber. This together with the strange lack of the front sight allows to guess that it's a smoothbore gun, maybe in 12 gauge.
- The raised rear sight and the shape of the frame resemble Arminius models but the barrel doesn't match any of them. Greg-Z (talk) 03:17, 16 December 2016 (EST)
- It's only a guess, but this revilver maybe .50 caliber. But, I don't know any modern revolver with such caliber. And, it's maybe a blank convertion. For example, Nagant Blef revolver was rebareled to more than 1 cm caliber (it's a just barrel immitator, of course) and it's actuly firing blanks (gevelot ammo).
