The following weapons were used in the film Pork Chop Hill:

Lt. Suki Ohashi (George Shibata) can be seen with a Colt M1911A1 whilst preparing to defend Pork Chop Hill.

The M1 Garand is used by most of the men in the 7th Infantry Division, including Pvt. Franklin (Woody Strode on the right). At least one soldier carries a rifle grenade launcher attached to his Garand.
M1 Carbine
The M1 Carbine is used by the officers in the film, including Lt. Joe Clemons (Gregory Peck), and by his radiomen, S/Sgt. Coleman (Norman Fell) and Cpl. Payne (Cliff Ketchum). All of these men use the post-WW2 30-round "Banana" Magazines.

Soldiers in the 7th Infantry Division use the Browning Automatic Rifle during the Battle of Pork Chop Hill.
Browning M1919A4
The Browning M1919A4 is used by 7th Infantry Division soldiers during the battle including Cpl. Chuck Fedderson (George Peppard) and Pvt. Forstman (Harry Guardino).
