:I think it's a SAKO Hunter mocked up to resemble a SAKO TRG-21. Since the TRG-21 came out in 1989, it's plausible, but the rifle looks weird. The Rear of the bolt and handle DOES look like a SAKO 85 Hunter. The TRG-22/42 series of sniper rifles did not come out until 2000. I Like how they keep their hands away from the trigger, when they're using the scope as binoculars rather than a rifle. It common practice when observing something that you don't intend to hit, using your rifle scope as a telescope, you take your hand fully away from the trigger group. This also tells others nearby that you're looking rather than preparing to fire. :) [[User:MoviePropMaster2008|MoviePropMaster2008]] 01:58, 15 June 2011 (CDT) | |||

I think that Phil Hartman's Charter Arms is not a regular Undercover, but rather a Police Undercover due to the cylinder holding 6 shots rather than 5. Charterarmsoffduty 22:38, 20 January 2016 (EST)
