The Strayer Voigt Infinity is the main handgun seen in Heroes. The handgun is prominently used by Noah Bennet (Jack Coleman), a.k.a. The Man in the Horn-Rimmed Glasses, Mohinder Suresh (Sendhil Ramamurthy) and Sylar (Zachary Quinto). Essentially, if a character is associated with The Company, there's a good chance they'll be packing a Strayer Voigt Infinity.
Glock 19
In Season 2, Matt Parkman (Greg Grunberg), now with the NYPD, switches from a Beretta 92FS to a Glock 19 as his sidearm.
M1911A1
Adam Monroe (David Anders) wields an M1911A1 in "Truth & Consequences" (S2E10).
Makarov PM
In "The Line" (S2E06) and in "Cautionary Tales" (S2E09), what appears to be a Makarov PM is used by Noah Bennet (Jack Coleman), a.k.a. The Man in the Horn-Rimmed Glasses.
Vektor CP1
At the end of "Four Months Later..." (S2E01) and in "Lizards" (S2E02), Ricky (Holt McCallany) brandishes what appears to be a two tone Vektor CP1. A Honduran Coyote also carries a Vektor in (S2E01).
Glock 17
The security guards at Pinky's Sportsbook and Mexican police officers carry Glock 17s in "Kindred" (S2E03).
SIG-Sauer P226
In "The Kindness of Strangers" (S2E04), a robber attempts to rob Monica Dawson's (Dana Davis) place of work with what appears to be a SIG-Sauer P226.
Beretta Cougar Inox
At least one New Orleans gang member, Hype Wilson (Cory Hardrict) carries a Beretta Cougar Inox in "Truth & Consequences" (S2E10). In "Powerless" (S2E11), Niki Sanders (Ali Larter) also uses the Beretta Cougar.
Smith & Wesson 6906
What appears to be a Smith & Wesson 6906 is used by a New Orleans gang member in "Truth & Consequences" (S2E10).
Revolvers
Smith & Wesson Model 36
In "Lizards" (S2E02), Caitlin (Katie Carr) draws a nickel plated Smith & Wesson Model 36. Will (Dominic Keating) also uses a Smith & Wesson Model 36 in "Kindred" (S2E03). In "Cautionary Tales" (S2E09), Noah Bennet (Jack Coleman) hands his Model 36 to his wife Sandra (Ashley Crow). In "Truth & Consequences" (S2E10), Sandra is seen holding the revolver on Bob Bishop (Stephen Tobolowsky) when he comes to her home.
Smith & Wesson Model 19
In "Truth & Consequences", Company security guards arresting Adam Monroe (David Anders) in 1977 appear to be carrying holstered Smith & Wesson Model 19 revolvers.
Smith & Wesson Model 642
In "Four Months Ago..." (S2E08), a man at a nightclub uses a Smith & Wesson Model 642.

In "Truth & Consequences" (S2E10), Victoria Pratt (Joanna Cassidy) wields a Mossberg 500 Cruiser.
Remington 870
In "Fight or Flight" (S2E05), Maury Parkman (Alan Blumenfeld) uses what appears to be a Remington 870 when he is confronted by his son, Matt Parkman (Greg Grunberg) and Nathan Petrelli (Adrian Pasdar), the shotgun is then held by Nathan after he is disarmed of it.
Mossberg 500A Field Gun
One of the Citizen Border Patrol members encountered by Maya (Dania Ramirez), Alejandro (Shalim Ortiz), and Sylar (Zachary Quinto) at the U.S border in "The Line" (S2E06) carries a Mossberg 500A Field Gun.
Rifles
Heckler & Koch G3A3
A Guatemalan police officer can be seen armed with a Heckler & Koch G3A3 in "Lizards" (S2E02).
Winchester Model 70
One of the Citizens Border Patrol members encountered at the U.S border in "The Line" (S2E06) appears to be armed with a Winchester Model 70 rifle.
M4A1 Carbine
In "Out of Time" (S2E07), U.S Soldiers in the future are seen armed with M4A1 Carbines.

X26 Taser
In "Fight or Flight" (S2E05), Mohinder (Sendhil Ramamurthy) is given an X26 Taser by Bob Bishop (Stephen Tobolowsky) for a company assignment, it is then used moments later.
