For whatever reason, someone had on the season 3 main page that Raylan was carrying a GLOCK 21 in 45ACP, no doubt as a result of one episode way back when when Raylan stated to a judge he was protecting that he was carrying a ".45".  Regardless of what he said, in every episode after the pilot in Season 1, Raylan Givens has carried a GLOCK 17 with a GLOCK 26 as a backup.  Even the photo used for the "GLOCK 21" entry showing Raylan shooting at the range is definitive proof that it was a GLOCK 17 (look at the front of the barrel- it's a 9mm barrel, not a .45ACP).  Anyone who has a great deal of experience with and around guns can tell the difference.

I noticed it probably wasn't a Lorcin because it looked like a .45 judging by the muzzle. I hope that helps tell you something about what it really is, because I'm clearly lost.

Totally unrelated, but it'd be great if we got a picture of the EKOL on his cut-off arm.

Latest revision as of 19:20, 2 December 2014

The gun Raylan carries in seasons 2 and 3 is a Glock 17, as you can clearly see the 17 and 9x19 on the side of it numerous times. His weapon is equipped with Glock 3-dot night sights. Somebody also said that it was confirmed in "GLOCK Autopistols Magazine" in the section "Box office GLOCKs" This section of the magazine can not be trusted for verification as it has misidentified GLOCKs in numerous media sources. Most famously Heath Ledgers modified Glock 17 from The Dark knight, which they identified as a GLOCK 18.

Glock 18?

In the finale Deputy Marshal Rachel Brooks is seen clearing a barn with a slightly different weapon than her usual Glock 26. Glock 18? Definitely a selector switch on there. --GunGeek (talk) 13:18, 2 December 2014 (EST)
