Man in the Trunk (original title La Valise) is a 1973 French comedy adventure film directed and written by Georges Lautner. Captain Augier (Michel Constantin) received a task done secret export of Israeli spy Major Bloch (Jean-Pierre Marielle) from the French embassy in Tripoli. For this to be loaded into a huge trunk and marked as diplomatic baggage. But nothing is, as he planned, and therefore must begin to improvise. Moreover, when both fall in love with the charming Françoise (Mireille Darc), comming a series of many comic situations.
