Looks like a double stack Model 84 magazine to me in DWB4.jpg. Note that it's fatter by where it's being held, and tapers towards the feed ramp. In comparison, the Model 85 magazine is flat like a 1911 magazine and has witness holes running down the side. The model 87 magazine is also flat, has large verticle cutouts down the side and is designed for .22 LR not .380. Beretta Cheetah

It looks more like an 87 then an 85 - mainly because of the trigger guard.
